Data Deletion Instructions

If you have connected a Facebook or Instagram account to the King Contractor internal dashboard (“the Dashboard”), you may request deletion of the information we hold in connection with that account at any time. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens once we receive it.

Your Right To Request Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete information associated with your account inside the Dashboard, including information originally received through Meta's authorized Facebook and/or Instagram APIs.

How To Submit A Deletion Request

To request deletion, send an email to dean@kingcontractor.com with the subject line “Dashboard Data Deletion Request”.

So that we can locate and verify your account, please include the following in your request:

  • The name and email address associated with your Dashboard account.
  • The name of the connected Facebook Page and/or Instagram account.
  • A brief description confirming that you are requesting deletion of your associated data.

What Gets Deleted

Once we verify your request, we will delete the stored information associated with your account inside the Dashboard, including any information received through Meta's APIs and any stored access tokens for that connection, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate record-keeping purposes.

Deleting your data from the Dashboard does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account itself, or any content stored directly by Meta — those remain under Meta's own privacy policy and controls.

Revoking Access Via Facebook Or Instagram

In addition to requesting deletion from us, you can independently remove the Dashboard's access to your Facebook or Instagram account at any time through Meta's own settings:

  • Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → find the Dashboard's app entry → Remove.
  • Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → Active → find the Dashboard's app entry → Remove.

Revoking access this way stops any further access to your account through Meta's APIs. We recommend also submitting a deletion request to us so that any information already stored inside the Dashboard is removed.

Processing Time And Confirmation

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. Once your request has been processed, we will send a confirmation to the email address you provided.
