And it all held through the toughest Google update of the year. The Spennato Family Roofing story.
Spennato Family Roofing

Spennato Family Roofing has roofed Northeast Philadelphia rowhomes for three generations. The name carries weight locally. When they joined King Contractor Agency in November 2025, that reputation was not translating into search: an average Google position of 27.5 (deep on page 3), around 290 ranking keywords, and 23,000 monthly impressions in a dense metro that spans dozens of suburbs from Bucks to Chester to South Jersey.
We went after local, commercial, and high-value certification searches with SEO, paired it with our tuned Local Services Ads engine and Facebook lead campaigns, and held the line through the May 2026 Google Core Update.

Across the tracked window, Spennato pulled 1,280 clicks from 302,000 impressions. In May, CallRail confirmed 22 genuine local leads after filtering for the Philadelphia service area, averaging 2 minutes 35 seconds per call.

SEMrush tells the same story the reports do. The keyword portfolio kept widening straight through the May core update, with traffic value climbing from $1.8K to $4.3K a month.
Result: Impressions more than doubled and average position jumped 8 spots.
Result: A steady lead engine, with 50 leads in a single month and big roof replacement jobs in the core Philadelphia radius.
Result: 71 website leads at $114.95 each from December to June, a third lead source feeding the funnel.
Facebook gives Spennato a steady third lead source alongside organic search and Local Services Ads. From December to June it brought in a consistent flow of website leads, with budget paced through the season across the Philadelphia metro.

Traffic growth is good. Ranking number one for the searches that book jobs is better. Spennato now sits at the top of Google for the entire roof certification cluster, the exact terms Philadelphia homeowners search before a sale or a refinance.

The May 2026 Core Update rolled out on May 23 and caused a short traffic dip across the site, as it did for roofers nationwide. The portfolio stayed structurally intact, losing just one keyword, and the rankings that matter held. SEMrush now shows organic traffic recovering and climbing to 899 monthly visits, with a traffic value of around $4,300. The dip was weather, not damage.
Search is changing fast, and Spennato is ready. The site is cited across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, and Gemini, with 21 mentions and a strong AI visibility score. While most roofers are invisible to these tools, Spennato shows up when buyers ask the new generation of search engines who to trust.
King Contractor Agency has helped 200+ roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and construction companies across America build their brand, rank higher on Google, and generate more leads online.
Spennato doubled its impressions, jumped its rankings, owns its highest-value keywords, shows up in AI search, and held it all through the biggest update of the year. Seven months of consistent work, paying off month after month.
