Spennato Family Roofing has roofed Northeast Philadelphia rowhomes for three generations. The name carries weight locally. When they joined King Contractor Agency in November 2025, that reputation was not translating into search: an average Google position of 27.5 (deep on page 3), around 290 ranking keywords, and 23,000 monthly impressions in a dense metro that spans dozens of suburbs from Bucks to Chester to South Jersey.

The portfolio stayed structurally intact, losing just one keyword, and the rankings that matter held. SEMrush now shows organic traffic recovering and climbing to 899 monthly visits, with a traffic value of around $4,300. The dip was weather, not damage.
